To aid in your field trip planning we have provided the checklist below. We have also provided a map showing our location. This map is interactive and you can expand and/or move the map in any direction to aid in finding the Museum. 

Checklist for a Field Trip to The Youth Museum!


  1. Explore our website!
  2. Check tour availability. Each tour accommodates 55 students and adults.
  3. Make a Reservation. A deposit will be due within 10 business days.
  4. Schedule bus transportation!
  5. Download Museum Program Summary and Character Sheets. Please download and complete Character sheets prior to your visit.(One set of Character Sheets (3) per tour).

  6. Send Gift Shop Order Form (Click Gift Shop tab above for form) home with your students. 
  7. Make sure your driver(s) has directions!
  8. Arrive on time.
  9. Enjoy watching your students learn history in a creative and interactive environment!
  10. Please fill out our evaluation form!

Admission Charges

Minimum cost per tour is $300 for up to twenty-five students. Two teacher admissions are complimentary with  each tour. The cost is $12 for each student over the count of twenty-five and each additional adult attending. A $100 deposit per tour is required to hold tour times and will be deducted from the total cost of your visit.
